Competitive Analysis

Lean UX

From Lean UX, the problem can be focused on something specific, the lack of clarity and categorization of the data that users can access. The objective then, is not to find all the information possible for the user to find, but to take the user, profile him within a filter, and then offer him only the information that user needs, in this way help him to recover lost time, and eliminate the uncertainty generated by anxiety and the main stress of this type of process.

User Scenario

In the User Scenario, after having the specific Person and what we know is a normal process without having access to the inforportal., you can define which are the key and opportunity points where you can intervene and thanks to this, you can focus which would be the key functionalities of the application. The main filter, the step-by-step, the checklist, the agenda, and the information presented in the clearest and most user-friendly way possible.

User Flow

Finally, before designing the visual of the application, define how the main Flow of the user will be, and from all the possibilities, find where the closed points are and complete them in a circle that returns to the menu or the main home of the application, so that in this way the user does not feel that the application manages it but that he has control over it and can use it for his good, for his comfort, how he should really feel.

Next steps
For the future of the application, the objective is the accessibility of the greatest number of users who need it, and taking that into account the following steps are proposed:
- System of comments and evaluations by users on the information presented, to generate even more confidence in the information since it will be evaluated by the people who are going through the processes.
- Schedule system, reminders and alerts and direct connection with government appointments to generate a time and calendar control so that the user knows how much time is available to meet the objectives, documents ready, and appointments to be presented.
- An Android version and a version for Desktop where the user does not even need a Smartphone to be able to access all the infoportal functionalities.
Thank you.
